Good while it lasts

I originally purchased this through Amazon. After a few months, it stopped working. Contacted the company and got a replacement. The replacement only worked for a few months before it stopped charging. The display would read 100% while plugged in but won't turn on when not plugged in to a power input. This is not a reliable power station.

unit arrived inoperative and would not charge

i’m sure there may be an off moment from time to time but my unit arrived and unable to charge -Disappointed and hope it is replaced quickly

Solar Panel Still not to customer

Can you check on whether the extra bonus Solar panel was shipped to the address of the last order. If not and you cannot ship it can you issue a refund on the credit card used for the solar panel that was supposed to be included with the order. Thank you.

Outstanding Power Station

We are fulltime RVers so having portable power with us is a vital concern. We love our new S1000 and could not be happier. We drained it to 0% to see what the fullcharge time was on AC current and took about 4.5 hours, very respetable. It's been great for us and looking forward to using it to power our upcoming Live Event on our YouTube Channel @thewanderingshores
