i’m sure there may be an off moment from time to time but my unit arrived and unable to charge -Disappointed and hope it is replaced quickly

Can you check on whether the extra bonus Solar panel was shipped to the address of the last order. If not and you cannot ship it can you issue a refund on the credit card used for the solar panel that was supposed to be included with the order. Thank you.

Outstanding Power Station

We are fulltime RVers so having portable power with us is a vital concern. We love our new S1000 and could not be happier. We drained it to 0% to see what the fullcharge time was on AC current and took about 4.5 hours, very respetable. It's been great for us and looking forward to using it to power our upcoming Live Event on our YouTube Channel @thewanderingshores

Good power station for camping

As a camping enthusiast, I really need a large capacity portable power station to charge my electronics whilst camping. This power station has 1000Wh capacity, which is enough to charge many devices like phones, iPad, small fans, mini fridge, etc. I can plug in my toaster to get nice toast for my breakfast outdoors. It also works well for my wife's CAPA, she can easily get 4-5 good nights of plenty of sleep (probably sleeping 7-7.5 hours each day). I have used all ports at the same time, and both AC and USB ports passthrough charging worked with no problems. It's fantastic. I would highly recommend this power supply.
